94 Turbo diesel upgrades

Well I think I am about to have me a 94 IDI Turbo Diesel. It has 218,000 on it and I have no clue on the history. First thing I am going to do is change the anti freeze. After that what engine mods can be done to these to get a little more power? Do they have an intake for them? Also how much should I really do with that mileage? I am going to be driving it everyday for work so it needs to be practical, but its also going to be my toy so I want to have some fun with it as well.

I have the banks downpipe, a 3 inch exhaust, and I cut a hole above the mastercylinder and draw cold air through the cowl. Also have the internal and external fuel screws maxed out and shortened the wastegate rod.
If I had to do it over again, I'd go 4inch exhaust, and ditch the factory airbox and do an intake setup like the strokers do. Possibly get the ATS turbo outlet upgrade, but I'm not sure thats nessesary.
