93 idi stalls,smokes,miss

1993 7.3l idi smokes black when under thattle,it also has a miss, and it will stall when driving down the road need help? it has 266000 miles and new return line kit,new injectors,rebuilt heads and good compretion, i thank it might be the ip any help would be helpfull

all the above symptoms are related to the injection pump.

what RPM is it at when it starts to buck and miss?

it will buck/surge at 1200 to 1500 and then stall out. it miss all the time. it does have a new pickup pump.

when i pump the throttle when it starts to stall it will pick back up. is it still the ip?

pumping throttle doesn't do anything other than advance/retard the fuel rate on the IP.
