cut the lower part off the diesel core and graft it into the gasser core

Alright I will try to do somethin with it once I get it all together. I decided to only do work needed for inspection, get that taken care of and then I will work on makin it look good!

It passed PA inspections, so it should be okay here but never know about this damn state.
