89 7.3 exhaust leak?

Hey everyone. Just got my first 7.3 idi. It's got this ticking noise. Sounds like an exhaust leak to me just want a second opinion. https://vimeo.com/128680091

Sounds like it could be a manifold leak. Most diesels will have a lot of black soot around the place where the exhaust is leaking. Spend a few minutes looking at the manifold where it meets the cylindr head, top and bottom, then work your way down each pipe.
