those pics are my old 83 i had. same axles, trans, and suspension is under my 86 now.even the bumper is the same. that truck also started out 2wd. the last pic is the night i got the axles under it and first time i threw the 35s on it. no lift, no fender trimming then. that is me standing in the last pic, and i am 6'1". btw, that camo job took 6 cans of spray paint and 1 hr to do. lol

the bed i sold to a buddy of mine, here is a pic before i took it off my 86.

hahaha, to dam busy now. cold season is my busy time for work, trying to keep machines going. i been out all week with 3 different excavators. new fuel SUCKS!!!

first day in my somewhat warm shop. 50 degrees in the shop, 24 outside.

I need to re-build the headache rack and lose the spare tire mount, but, the deck was free, kind of fitting considering the truck was too... LOL

I think i might be able to get the steel for free or close to it.

Im thinking about building a steel frame and then wooden deck.
