This was a MAJOR UNDERTAKING at the least. I didn't mean to steal your post or anything, just wanted to give some input on the swap. I have put 371 detroits in 55 f350 fords with 10 speed and than a 13 speed roadranger and than a 7 speed,350 chevys in about 20 different cars,trucks,golf-carts,etc. A deutz 6 in a 3500 chevy, a 800 HP compound turbo 5.9 cummins in a 86 chevy crew cab-That WAS BAD-A$$-, a few 4bt's in different goodies like the 69 blazer that was just sold on feebay,a v4 wisconsin in a homemade motorcycle with a saginaw 4 speed, a 6.2 diesel in the 65 f100-nice truck i drove for 9 years, a 429 in a 66 f150, and so many more that are long gone. just trying to say that it is a lot of work but sometimes it is worth the effort. Just jump in there and get it done...

the critter is getting closer-fuel lines,exhaust ,radiator,air drier,interior done...

My DT466C is a bit longer than the NGD dementions posted earlier. It's about 48 inches from the rear of the head to the fan. I'm wanting to stuff it in my F350. Got some goodies to go with it (Hypermax P-pump, a S480 feeding a Garrett T1895A). I'm also using a Fuller. I've got a FS-6306. Will try and get started on the swap one of these days when I get some other more pressing projects out of the way 1st.

HMMM, My Case tractor has an 8.3 cummins. Maybe I should tune it up a touch. It only has an hx35 on it so there has to be some hidden power to unlock!
