yes me too! i paid 120 for a factory replacement starter:backoff and if it cranks faster then the engine should start quiker

Yeah, even on the coldest days it's a breeze to start. Especially with glow plugs I use. Haven't been stranded yet since I did those two.

i think my truck still has the factory( or atleast a really old one) but my dads 7.3 is the truck with the new starter and his take forever to crank glow pluugs and every thing work. mine always just fires right up, except for when the line from my fuel filter to the ip was leakin the fuel out it was a bit@h to crank then
