1993 7.3 idi I have put injectors new return cap and line new fuel pump and this truck still not starting after setting for an hour ,or overnight the glow plugs also have been replaced and are working what next , any idea

Not starting when hot is a worn injector pump rotor until proven otherwise... pour a bottle of water over the pump head and see if it starts right up then.

But not starting after sitting overnight (with glow plugs known working) can also be a worn IP, if the cranking speed doesn't make enough pressure to pop the injectors. Also likely is a remaining air intrusion problem you haven't found yet.

Does the truck ever start right up?
