7.3 idi pulling

hey guys i got a 1989 ford f250 4x4 7.3 idi with a e4od i was thinking of putting it in the truck pulls next year wht gear u think i shld take

4 lo and 2nd is what a few just did one here

Well it kinda depends on what gears in the differancials I think.

i got 4:10s in my truck

With 4.10's i would do second. In first gear with my truck i spent most of the time against the governor.

I just pulled at the fair 2 Weeks ago and my truck has 4:10s and I pulled 2nd low. I think thatll work best for ya. Im pulling next Friday too and im using 2nd again. With 2nd low ur truck will still rev high but also will carry alittle more speed to get ur momentum up
