6.9 rebuildable Block PLUS

Make me an offer; I won't be insulted!!!
Good late 6.9 ( no cracks) with cam, crank, rods, and pistons. No heads, but about 4 heads' worth of valves, springs, keepers, etc.
This is a great place to start if you want to build a fresh engine, and then just swap heads onto it.
I need to clean it out. Any offer will be considered. Swaps OK, too---I'd really like to install a turbo on my '86 F 250 with 6.9--any parts to start me on that path would be acceptable.
