6.9 IDI to 7.3 Powerstroke Conversion

Hey All,

I haven’t been able to find good threads or notes on what it takes to swap from IDI to Powerstroke. I’m nearing completion of the project and thought I’d start a thread to help answer questions on what Ive gone through.

I’ll come add things here as I remember or it comes up, but also trying to gauge anyone’s interest before I start dumping steps down.

‘87 6.9 IDI > ‘96 7.3 Powerstroke (non-intercooled).

Also, if i remember right, @IDIoit worked on a Brick that someone has started a 7.3PSD swap on, there is a thread, I just remember it took a lot more work than one would think…
