Upon request here is single thread with all of the currently available IDI fuel system parts we offer- Our db2 pump rebuilds are on a per core basis, this means that the better condition pump you supply to be rebuilt, the less it will cost. If your pump has been contaminated with water, rust, or has experienced a mechanical failure, we can supply a rebuildable core that will be more cost effective to rebuild. Our pumps carry a 12 month unlimited mile warranty, and are built to be compatible with properly filtered biofuel and WMO. I offer db2 builds from stock non-turbo ratings all the way up to a 140cc db2, which makes 120cc at horsepower peak. The majority of our pump rebuilds are between $750-1000 depending on core condition and the amount of fuel desired. Injectors are available at stock ratings for $415 or a "turbo plus" spec produced in house for $445. The turbo plus injectors use new G code nozzles reground with an improved profile to improve atomization and support a lower pop pressure than their original 2200 psi spec, allowing more fuel flow and not working your injection pump as hard, while retaining a smooth idle and great fuel economy. This injector is not to be confused with our 3M injector, which is still in testing and not yet available. All injectors come with new copper washers and viton o-rings as well as a 12 month unlimited mile warranty. If you don't want to replace your injectors, or you are having issues with an injector hanging open, we offer a cleaning and pop testing service for $100. I will pressure match your injectors, and set them up with new copper washers and viton o-rings ready to be installed. Have a fuel leak back issue? Try one of our billet 3/8" check valves, compatible with biofuel and WMO, these check valves will prevent fuel from leaking back to tank, and will hold a 5 psi prime in an air tight fuel system. $10 each Fuel return line kits are available for $35 and come with viton o-rings and glass fiber reinforced return caps with improved moldings that do not need any cleanup before installation, these kits come with flexible routing for non turbo or turbo engines, and with an instruction sheet that will help you keep a leak free setup for your IDI.
