2wd E4OD and 4wd ZF crossmember differences?

Had Ron take some pictures for me, they look close other than the ZF one has a dip for the front shaft (my truck is 2wd, the zf I'm going with is 4x4 with a t case on it, both ron's trucks were 4x4). Anyone know if I can make the 2wd one work? It's not going to be 4x4....at least not for a while. Anyone have a 4x4 zf one they want to sell??
