2 stroke -V- regular motor oil lubricity

I've been reading on this link below. It's great information but, I have a question. What would be the difference between using regular motor oil or 2 stroke oil for diesel fuel lubricity.

we talked about this somewhere not too long ago and they put dye in 2cyl oil so would that cause the fuel to be dyed?
