1993 F-350 No power to Cruise servom

I am trying to fix my cruise control on 93 7.3 with e4od. I'm getting no power to servo. I get to this part of the test.

No Power to Servo

B1 – Check ignition circuit
- Make sure step A1 has been done.
- With ignition in the Off position, measure the resistance between pin 10 and a ground on the chassis.
- Is resistance less than 1 ohm?

If so, module power is okay, recheck A1; If not, there is a ground circuit open. service as required

Power is okay but ground circuit open?
Does that mean a bad ground? Horn works and fuses good. If it's the steering wheel ground how hard is it to replace?

Well re did test today and I have a bad switch going to go to junkyard tomorrow. Will a gas steering wheel switch assembly be the same?

Yes. But you may gain an airbag by doing that. Just check around.
