Ok, so far I have installed a new Glow Plug controller and installed a momentary switch the turn on glow plugs. I installed new batteries as we'll. my truck still won't start in the morning. It will crank and crank and then one pop from the motor than crank and crank then two pops then crank and crank then three pops. If I put it on the block heater is starts just fine. Can someone help me?

Can you verify the GP's are working?

If you have the factory harness, most of your female plugs are probably junk.

Then they for sure aren't working. Lol

Make sure the relay is getting power.
You don't need that new controller, since you're running pushbutton.

The relay is on top of the controller.
Looks just like the starter relay.

Gets pics of what you've got.

Nice.
Really can idle it long as you want, but you may want to wire up the high idle to try to prevent "wet stacking."

Basically don't make enough heat at idle to prevent glazing the cylinders, as I understand it.

Some diesel engine oils are designed to eliminate bore polishing:hail

I added some graphics to my obs. I take photos of off road stuff and this is my logo. These are some photos I've taken.

My OBS Ford hauled my junk out to Johnson Valley for King Of The Hammers this year. On the way home I broke a serpentine belt. I put the new belt on. Know it won't crank over. It looks like the alternator froze up. Time for a new one. I would like a heavy duty one. Any units you guys recommend?

I ended up at Vatozone and got a 130 Duralast. Not the best but it works.

I know I already asked, but can we see the seat mod you did to lay it down? I'd like to do the same to mine.
