1989 7.3 no start

purchased 1989 7.3 idi f350 truck 122000 miles new trans rebuild new injector pump clean flat bed truck shut off he
removed the pump not knowing how to work on the engine i retimed the engine 1 piston on top valves closed all marks in line
seems to be blow by in crank case doing compression test today has compression through glow plug holes i do not think out of time will cause this
blow by any thoughts bad valve piston headgaskets thanks mike sweet truck no rust or damage

glow plugs are working seems to have no suction through intake i think it was a good bye for 1500.00 trans cost him 1800.00 to rebuild
