Right now I have the standard bench seat in my '93 ext cab. Anyone have any idea how hard is it going to be to mount a set of 40-20-40 seats out of an 06 chevy 2500?

I think your best bet is trying to separate the seat from its square frame (the one with the tracks in it) and then swap only the seats and reusing the Ford frame and tracks. That is what I do when installing buckets where they do not generally belong, it works alright but may require some welding.

Buy a FORD 40-20-40 and it will bolt right in

I wish that were as easy as it sounds. The bench seats on these things don't have an support brackets in the middle, and the whole purpose of swapping the seats was so that the passenger side can be slid forward to make room for my daughter's car seat in the back. I have to have the seat almost all the way back to drive, and she can't put her legs down unless the seat is almost all the way forward.
I wish I could find a set of 40-20-40 ford seats. I've been looking for a while, and haven't seen anything but bench seats from a ford. Lots of Chevy seats out there though. I think I may know where there's a set of seats from a Bronco that I might be able to pick up cheap. The seats aren't any good, but the base should be. Maybe I can rob peter to pay paul.

Yeah, that's a bit far. I'm limiting my search to about an hours drive from the house. It's the thought that counts though right?
