    What is normal psi at idel and top end with 80 hp over stock injectors on a 03 dodge cummins ? Does have a fass 95 lift pump every thing else is stock. No programers ever used on truck. Getting 4800 to 5200 psi at idel and 12000to 14000 psi at 65 on hwy.

    Dieselcraft oc 20 filter

    I have hade mine 2 weeks know .It does take a greasy black substance out of the wmo but I have to run it say 2 or 3 days to see a collor diff in oil.The hotest I have heated the oil to is 160 deg.

    Injector tip change out

    Just changed tips on truck with 80 hp 105 ft lbs tc tips. Allso set lash on valves.Truck runs great .The only thing is sometimes at startup the very instant it fires I hear a knock knock blows puff of smoke from tailpipe then all ok no smoke at any time. Seems worse on hot day after setting...

    Dieselcraft Cyclone filter

    Any one using one if so how do you run youre set up ? I have one ordered would like to filter wmo from 55 gal drums to another 55 gal drum. Curently I filter to 2 microns. Will see if the Dieselcraft Cyclone gets any more from my wmo and post the results.

    WMO with water injection

    Would water injection help keep injectors and motor clean when running wmo / diesel mix? Has anyone run water injection with diesel? If so what results? Seems my injectors get dirty after 1500 to 2000 miles of running 50% wmo and 50% diesel causing alot of smoke.

    wmo in a 03 Dodge Cummins common rail injection

    Whin I get to 50% wmo and 50% deisel. My problem is constant smoke. Anyone have ideas to reduce smoke. Added 10% unleaded to curent mix will see how this does. Is there diferent injectors that would help reduce smoke they all say they do but do they .Or any way to turn down fuel with amy...

    reducing smoke addatives

    If I mix 1 gal unleaded with 10 gal wmo and 10 gal of diesel I get less smoke does anyone else do this or know of anything to mix with wmo to help reduce smoke and viscosity.If anyone has used unleaded in wmo mix what is youre % you add. 03 dodge cummins stock 132000 miles original lift pump

    lift pump safe psi

    Just installed a mec fuel gauge today reads 7 psi at idle and 6 to 7 psi on hwy goes to 5 1/2 psi if I romp on it. Is this good or weak for 03 dodge cummins 1 ton all stock. I heard below 5 psi is to low reading between injector and filter on supply line to injector. 50% wmo 50% diesel 90...

    wmo mix & smoke

    I am runing wmo mixed with 50% deisel fuel . In a 03 dodge cummins stock setup. Have noticed truck smokes alot at 70 deg or below but not to bad at 70 deg or above.Smoke does not bother me but hate going threw town smoking all the way.Any ideas to reduce smoke with out having to run more deisel...
