used banks turbo kit good deal ?
A guy I know came by and said he has a complete banks kit for a 7.3. He only wants $200. Is this a good deal? I think it might have come off of a powerstroke 90 something f350. Will this work on my 84 6.9?- broncoholic

Finally pulling the 6.9 for the swap
I'm finally pulling my 6.9 from a van to put in my rockcrawler. Is there anything special that i need to save off of the van? I'm going to cut the main wiring harness and alternator harness after the plug. Maybe the rear fuel tank too.- broncoholic

84 E350 been sitting a year
I am picking up this van tomorrow. Bought it for $400 for the engine and tranny to put in my trail truck. The guy said that the batteries were dead one day so he charged them but a few days later it did the same thing so he parked it. I'm guessing a bad alternator or batteries? Is there anything...- broncoholic

7.3 in a rockcrawler wiring question
I'm looking at putting a 7.3 idi into an early bronco skinned rockcrawler on a 79 bronco frame with military axles. I'm new to the diesel scene with an ongoing 7.3 swap on my 91 4 door bronco. How would I go about hooking a 7.3 up to something like a painless performance drag race style wiring...- broncoholic
