Quadzilla Adrenalin 4K with V Pulse Monitor
I have a 1998.6 Dodge Ram 2500 3/4 4x4 with the 5.9 24 Valve. I just had the Quadzilla Adrenaline 4K with the V Pulse Monitor installed. Up to level 3 it was all good but if you turn it up more than that the truck would start to choke and cough, and through a 251 code meaning the VP44 injector...- Bear

98 2500 24v turbo problems???????????
Turbo Problems Dude just a thought but maybe you should check the connection on your injector pump, for you to lose power while in mid flight on the interstate gives me the idea its electrical. I would also be checking your ignition switch just for shits and giggles. To pull codes is a great...- Bear

Performance Exhaust
Bear's Truck Its a 98.5 24 Valve 5 Spd 2500 5.9 Cummins Diesel. So far as I can tell it has the stock exhaust system on it. I really want to get some snort out of the exhaust, a glass pack sounds perfect, will check it out. Something else, my truck seems to have way more balls than it...- Bear

Performance Exhaust
Do any of you fellows know of a decent sounding performance muffler that would work on a 24 v cummins with a 5 spd. I love my truck and want to get that snort sound out of it. Thanks- Bear

WIERD TWITCH AT IDLE HELP!!!
Dude, you might consider changing the thermostat. Although this sounds strange these trucks are mostly electronic and need to run at a certain temperature or they seem to get stupid. If you pull the thermostat and test it, you might throw a meter on the sensor and see that its working properly.- Bear

Need more power!
Ok people I have a 98 1/2 Ram 2500 with the 5.9 Cummins 24 Valve with a 5 speed. I need more power and wonder if anybody could tell me what the absolute best bang for the buck is. What are these trucks stock for horse power, and how much can I jack it up without spending serious money? Thanks...- Bear
