WTB Rear sway bar link frame mount

I lost one of the rear sway bar link mounts for my 87 F250. If anybody has one they could sell me that would be much appreciated.

Oil leak from lift pump weep hole

New pump looks leak-free so far. We’ll see how long it lasts but now I’ve got a spare to keep with me lol

Oil leak from lift pump weep hole

I tried to get summit to price match a carter pump to amazon at $28… they put the price at $15 so I got two

Oil leak from lift pump weep hole

I’m considering going with an electric pump, but it sounds like quality is hit or miss with those too no matter what pump ya get. I may try one more carter pump since they’re cheap and if that fails I’ll probably go electric

Oil leak from lift pump weep hole

I put a carter lift pump on my truck about a month before I tore it apart to start swapping the trans. Here I am 3 months later and it turned into a full restoration, but I just got it running last night and noticed an oil leak from the lift pump. Cleaned it off and ran it for longer today...

    ZF5 swap clutch line

I ordered the same piece from deering designs. There’s no option to add the line to your cart on russ’s website anymore. That dorman line had the correct fittings, but didn’t fit the truck, which is strange because its for a 92+ truck. It had too many bends in it to fit and was much longer...

    ZF5 swap clutch line

Yes that’s what I figured out. That’s why I said its the wrong part

    ZF5 swap clutch line

The line from bc broncos is 1-2 weeks out from shipping :/ Gonna try the dorman line from napa and see how it looks

    ZF5 swap clutch line

I think I’m leaning towards getting that line from bc broncos. It looks like it should work. Unless someone has a part number that for sure will work?

    ZF5 swap clutch line

is the 460 an external slave? The other gassers are internal slave, which is why its different

    ZF5 swap clutch line

Maybe this would work? Both sides have the roll pin type connector, and its just a stainless braided line so it can go wherever I want it to https://bcbroncos.com/shop/bcb-original-parts/drivetrain-bcb-original-parts/zf-clutch-hose/

    ZF5 swap clutch line

Yep. The slave side of the line uses a much larger fitting without a roll pin

    ZF5 swap clutch line

Finally getting around to getting the zf5 in my truck. I was going to bench bleed the slave/master cylinder, but I bought the wrong line :idiot: I got the line from bronco graveyard but it appears to be for a gasser. I think Dorman 628-200 will work? I can pick one up from Napa tomorrow - it...

How much PAG oil in a new A/C system?

I’m replacing the whole AC system in my 87 f250, but I can’t seem to find any good info on the amount of oil to add (and where to add it) as well as how much charge to put in it. New compressor (3 oz of oil already in it), evap core, dryer, condenser and lines. Everything from rockauto, besides...

    A/C compressor manifolds??

The lines on rockauto all specify (most of them at least) with or without manual shut offs at the compressor. The ones I got are without manual shut offs, so I think they should work without the valves

    A/C compressor manifolds??

The king valves are what’s between the manifolds and lines on your truck. My lines look like they have an extra bend in them to go straight to the manifolds which you can see in the third pic I sent I think the king valves are for trucks without service ports on the lines, at least from what I’m...

    A/C compressor manifolds??

Great. I’ve got that compressor coming. $117 shipped just because I need the manifolds. Ouch lol

    A/C compressor manifolds??

Thanks. Looks like this should work? Yours has an extra fitting between the lines and the manifolds though, is that necessary?

    A/C compressor manifolds??

Great thanks. Another question, where are the wires routed from for the compressor? The plug for mine is MIA. I’m assuming they go over the top of the engine straight from the switch on the dryer?

    A/C compressor manifolds??

I’m assuming they aren’t the same as the ones on the gassers?

    A/C compressor manifolds??

87 f250 6.9 btw… not sure if my signature is showing up

    A/C compressor manifolds??

I’m replacing the whole ac system on my truck, and all the parts came in today. Compressor, dryer, lines, evap core and orifice tube from rockauto, condenser from LMC. My truck had factory AC, but the compressor and the discharge and suction line weren’t on it when I bought it. Can I buy...
