    Yep, unplugged and reconnected all three of those prongs. No mechanical clicking.

    So it turns out that I had a bit of a dunce moment. I tried to jump the low pressure sensor with the system set to off. If I select AC and then jump the low pressure sensor the clutch engages. So now its time to move onto finding leaks and then charging the system, correct?

    Relay was replaced about the same time as the starter. Got a bug in my charging system back then and I thought I narrowed it down to that but bad diagnosis. Ended up being a broken wire, but that's beside the fact. Relay is new, starter is new, batteries, and battery cables are new.
