    I swapped the Plug and used F5TP-7F293-AA /MOTORCRAFT SW5063 which i picked up from my friend. Took test drive and Truck shifts smooth like new. So its confirmed that the 95 -97 F5TP-7F293-AA /MOTORCRAFT SW5063 will work. Thanks every one for helping me and pointing this out

    Well as it turned out that F5TP-7F293-AA /MOTORCRAFT SW5063 is for 1995-97 F350 l E4 Tranny, So my thought that is should work with no problem since it is the same Transmission but just 2 years newer. I cant imagine that it would function any different.
