How can anybody have the idea to put Automatic Transmission Fluid in a manual transmission? Do you put engine oil on your salad, just because its oil? There is for a certain reason ATF and for manual transmissions SAE80 or SAE90. So where is the real problem, besides of not being able to read?

Hi Guys, Thanks a lot for your answers and even translation help. As far as I understand, I should get a motor which is as close to the vehicle building year. Unfortunately I don't have the advantage of a US-car junkyard. So "my" engine is still in Poland. They ask at least for 1600...

Hi Direwulf, Thank you for your response. Ok, we don't have these kind of buses here. Maybe at any US-installation. I live in Germany. Well, I would prefer also a younger one, because the 03 has about 40 HP more :)) So you think the 03 motor would fit in an 96 engine compartment...

How to Clean Engine (properly) for Fixing Oil Leaks

Best works without real work is mom's oven cleaner. Just spray it on, wait until it has done it's work and then just rinse it off with a garden hose. See you... Ronny

Hi Agnem, Thanks a lot for your advice and help. Personally I would do the same and just throw in a 5-speed-manual. That could become a project for my Bronco... But that's my friend and he sticks with the auto for...I don't even know the real reason. Anyway, I'll tell him the...
