Front axle boot clamp
I'm getting ready to do the ball joints on the passenger side and I know I have to cut the clamp off of the boot to get the axle shaft out. I've read every thread I can find on ball joints, but none of them mention replacing this clamp. Do I get a new one from Ford, and does it require a special...- terryh

Hard steering
Recently my truck has become difficult to turn to the right at low speed. It turns to the left normally, but it's almost impossible to turn right unless it's moving. I also have a set like that on mine and Needlenose is right - They are worthless for backing or towing. I've been debating on getting the extenders to slide them in and out or try something like this:- terryh

Finally Bought it...
I did one side without any special tools and think I spent an hour going through every curse word I could think of. :mad: I will definitely buy this before I work on the brakes again. Any other special tools recommended for our brakes?- terryh

1988 e250 GCWR?
An '88 E250 with 3.54's, a 7.3, and a C6 has a GCWR of 12,000. It's 14,000 with 4.10's.- terryh
