    i just found my hard start problem recently, two broken in half gp's. replaced as many as i could so far and did a test start today, truck is back to strating normally and gpc is working correctly again. also the gpc is probably mounted in the back of the engine under a black plastic cover

    got the return line kit from russ(typ4) with the upgraded o-rings. i thought i saw some leaks.

    back 2 gp's, driver side broken in half. heres my questions 1- is it possible to remove and replace the passengers side rearmost gp(the one under the turbo) without removing the turbo? 2- should i replace all 8 gps at the same time? 3-looks like my valve cover gaskets are leaking...

    haha! my cord just failed, rubbed on something underneath. no explosions though, just happened on one of the coldest days so far. super fun crawling under the truck at 20*f.

    does anyone run a gallons per hour gauge?

    hmmm, i saw 1 for a gas chevy truck in a gauge cluster, but it looked kind of crappy. it only had 5 gallon increments. i think a digital gauge would be nice. i think it would be good to know how much diesel u burn/use if you're out camping or need to idle the truck for long periods of time.

    if yes, where did you get it? i did a little searching and only found REALLY expensive boat stuff, like $500 to $1200 expensive.

    sorry for the confusion, maybe this will help. the bottom parts are what came off my truck, the top is what i ordered. i am looking for the smaller hose/gasket(one piece) in the middle that attaches to the back of the cdr, not the larger bottom hose that goes to the valve cover.

    NAPA doesn't have anything like it. the ford dealer only has the grommett listed, not the grommett w/the tube. i ordered the original part from an international dealer. am i gonna have to rig something up w silicone and heater hose? someone must know a different part# or have 1 laying...

    i got the info from the parts bin and ordered 3 parts, the cdr valve, the hose to the valve cover and what i thought would be the hose/gasket to the air intake. 2 out of 3 were correct:dunno.

    heres a pic, inbetween the turbo and air intake, held on with 2 clamps. i went to minuteman trucks today and all the part#s for it are obsolete, ford and international.

    i think mines shot. my ford manual has a 9c681# next to it in the diagram, is this a ford part#?
