    in Redding CA. I have a 94idi kit, complete with cross over and a set of valve covers to put the gp controller on the valve cover and hook up the CDR in its oem position. Including the air box. Turbo should be rebuilt. $700

    Air intrusion I've ever seen before

    check the check ball in the filter head. the symptoms you describe sounds like the ball is not sealing and allowing the fuel system to drain off through the return line.

    As stated, welcome to the forum. The olives are in the supply and returun lines not the injector lines. ijector lines are a mechanical metal seal. but yes recomend that they be changed when its apart.

    Weird starting issue

    agreed with icanfixall, check the throttle cable. also how old is your IP, fill the fuel filter with Marvles and start for just a few seconds and let sit over night to clean any deposits in the IP. If it does'nt help you are most likely going to need a IP.

    Yes, 1 battery tender, hookede to 1 battery will take care of both batteries. Get a 1.5 amp automatic tender/charger and it will be fine. I used a 1.5 automatic charger from NAPA when I was in Alaska, (winters were -50 for 4 to 5 months and I did not have a battery problem for the % years I was...

    yes the Q-jet air cleaner seal will work on the ATS hat.

    yep that's the one, if it isn't working your system will drain to tank in a few hrs and cause air intrusion problems. usually it a piece from a olive or from a return cap after return line work.
