    So I learned my lesson on keeping things organized during this process I guess he speedo and tack are weighted very precisely, and if you mix the two up they don’t work correctly, speedo bounced all over the place and tach was a little off. Switch the weights and now everything is perfect

    Best order to install factory turbo parts?

    I installed my banks pipe with everything in place it wasn’t too bad, little easier with someone helping though from under the truck. The seam on the fire wall I did after turbo installed and before down pipe instal it’s a lot easier to see where you need to do it that way at least for me.

    Zf5 starting in 2nd/floating gears

    The noise your hearing is the synchros trying to match the gears speed but since the clutch isn’t depressed it’s just burning them up, they will last quite a while like that if your good at matching the Rpms but eventually it’s gonna start grinding when you try to float the gears.

    Well I did it, pulled the trigger on a front clip swap just gotta pull it all, diesel core support for 92+ diesel, battery trays, and fenders, hood, grill, lights, extra wires for lights, all the bolts, cowl. Anything I’m missing? Do I need the inner fender wells?

    Appears to be at least 90 percent of a factory turbo yes. And a positive note your intak snail has a larger boot on it already so that means you should do a intercooler at the same time! Cheap and easy

    Well everyone’s got about 1 eeek to travel to Springfield Oregon, unless is small parts I can snag. I’m gonna try to take all the small aftermarket stuff as I can and resale some of it as I’ve already got quite the collection of parts going on now
