Why did they make the 2002 Powerstroke without a charging gauge in the dash ?
How am I supposed to tell im loosing q charge ? check engine light ? Is it supposed to come on when system isnt charging ?
I have 2 new batteries and new alternator.... thinking of getting new battery cables starter...
I have some R&D fuel rails and they were a pain in the ass and 49 o rings to get right.
It also occurred to me that if i have to change one injector its back to removing and replacing the fuel rail again .... is it worth it ? Tell me about it.
My question is do both batteries start your truck or just one ?
And I have 2 Northstar AGM Batteries and I believe they are 1200 cold cranking amps each. The model is a Northstar 65 AGM and the truck is a 1994F 250 4x4 7.3 IDI with Turbo.
Would the gear timing to the IP cause a lack of power ? My 94 ran great until I had a lot of work and upgrades done to it, now it starts fine but just wont drive over 40-50 MPH.
I wanted to put the Ambulance package Alternator on my 94 7.3 IDIT but the parts store told me the mount was different, could I still mount one if I got the bracket for it ?
My 2002 F 350 4x4 also seems like the steering is stiff when im pulling in and out of parking spaces... I just thought it was my 8 inch lift and oversized tires.
Ya , i did put the wring yr guys.... sorry. But the diagram would help, also the shoo that put them on my 2002 F 350 powerstroke didn't trim the nipple and they left a gap the size of a key on its side... bunch of half ass mechanics in the Oakhurst Ca area I swear ! Im running out of places to...
I think one light on each mirror is for the directionals and the other should be on solid with the headlight parking lights and the overhead cab lights.
For some reason I cant find a descent mechanic in Fresno that knows how to work on my 94 F 250 7.3 turbo IDI.
I drove it to a friends house with no problem from the mountains where I live , about 1.0 hr drive down the hill. Had him install R&D stage 1 injectors, R&D air intake, R&D fuel rails...
I got the Powermaster from Summit Racing . Its a heavy duty and spins fast.... maybe because of my 2 Northstar AGM batteries but not sure.
I think the starter was a 944 or similar part number I will look it up and BRB.
