Not a bad plan. It might help. It might help people asking about this, and it might save aggravation for those answering. A stickie must be written, though, with the full knowledge that way too many people don't read stickies. As an example, how many people ask questions which have been answered very well in the Tech Section?

I've been ordered off bacon--too much salt.

Too bad can't be a requirement for newbs to have to view each tech article/FAQ before being allowed to post.
Many require a minimum post count for sale sections and posting pictures.

My 84 turbo 7.3 has a facet 40222 mounted to the filter housing bracket with the MG hard line delete kit I like it haven't had any issues with it. My 85 chevy 6.3 turbo has a holley blue it works good too mounted to the frame under the cab but its really noisy. I have a 6.5 diesel factory lift pump I'm going to put on my 86 7.3 plow truck.

I’m running a Sniper 140 gph pump. It is the exact same specs as a Holley blue so I’m assuming it’s just a cheaper version. I took it apart and compared it to the Holley pump we had and it was all the same. I’ve been running it for about 10000 miles and I’ve never seen it dip below 9 psi, it’s regulated at 10. It’s significantly cheaper than the Holley pump and it works just as good.
