That would work for the nuts that hold the pump to the housing, but it wouldn't work very well for the fuel lines since they are 5/8".

opps, my bad...
Should pay more attention... I use curved flare wrenches and start from the bottom... After the IP comes out... Always leave line clamps in, makes working on the IP more enjoyable...

Gotta make some kind of attachment to the engine crane so I can lay on padded surface while working over engine...
Maybe like the way this guy from Ford Trucks did... :thumbsup:

The solution for the bottom two lines: remove the other 6 first. If you have them out of the way, the bottom two are easy with just a wrench. Seems hard, but it really isn't that big a deal, especially if you are swapping a pump already.

and if you look at the lines they come off in groups by removing two of the line clamps
