I replaced my leaking stock head with the wix 4770 head. Now I need to find a fuel water separator filter that will screw on it in the factory location (7.3). I thought the normal filter would work but the filter gasket is bigger than the base.
Anyone have a number that fits?

I just added the Wix 33417 to my factory fuel filter head. No leaks like with the factory filter.

33417 is the filter I have. I replaced the head because the fuel heater plug was leaking and the previous owner had jacked it up trying to seal it off.

WIX 33414 will fit in the factory location and is rated for 14 micron. If you need a factory filter head Ive got plenty here, I can even tap and plug the heater port for you.
That one looks like it's too wide for the base too. Gasket needs to be under 3". Thanks though. What would the price be on a plugged head?

No that one works fine, the oem filter has a 3.5” gasket, with room for up to a 4.5”

$45 for the modded filter head
