i got a closer look while the truck was running,the oil cooler tube is really rusty and is just pouring oil out of the center of the tube- richiebanta1

its almost certain im gonna buy it,the leak seems to be coming off the drivers side this is why i thought it might be the oil cooler,the guy was told by a mechanic that it would cost about 1000 dollars to fix the oil leak and power steering leak so it cant be much.the guy has had it for sell for...- richiebanta1

alright thanks guys,i know it leaked about a quart or so but im gonna give it another look today before i buy it,it did sit for about 8 months before the guy decided to sell it,but for 3000 i can afford to put some money into it- richiebanta1

im looking at buying a 97,the truck was test drove by someone and sprung a pretty bad oil leak.i looked and best i could tell its on the drivers side coming out of the huge oil feed tube next to the block under the manifold.is this something that can be fixed or will i have to pull the...- richiebanta1

looking at buying a 2003 3500
im looking at a 2003 with an auto,it has some issues that id like to see what u guys think about.first someone took the inner wheels off(its a dually)and now its throwing the abs and check brake lights.im assuming this is from the abs sensors.its also throwing the check engine light and service...- richiebanta1

2 new problems
the voltage is 14 to 14.3 and it could possibly be the switch but it has been working fine since i bought it and it just quit when i turned in my driveway.i guess i have to expect little things though as i only gave 1500.00 and it was running- richiebanta1

2 new problems
ok i have a 1992 f250 and have run into a few problems.the first is that the fuel guage was working on both tanks and today it started reading empty on both.when u turn the key off it will actually start to come up toward a quarter tank.second problem is the dummy light for the charging system...- richiebanta1

97 to 92 clutch interchange
i have a 1992 ford non turbo with a 5-speed,clutch is out and a friend gave me a clutch out of a 1997,will this clutch work in a 92 or should i just go buy one new?any help would be greatly appreciated as i am needing the truck for winter- richiebanta1
