looking at buying a 2003 3500

im looking at a 2003 with an auto,it has some issues that id like to see what u guys think about.first someone took the inner wheels off(its a dually)and now its throwing the abs and check brake lights.im assuming this is from the abs sensors.its also throwing the check engine light and service 4x4 light.can these be read with a standard obd-ii scantool or do you have to have something special?do you guys think this truck is worth 12,400 with 111000 miles on it?

Walk away as fast as you can. For that kind of money you can find a Duramax that has been taken care of properly.

NOT WORTH IT TOO MANY PROBLEMS WITH INJECTORS AND HEAD GASKETS IN THAT YEAR MODEL.
