    wd40 is a terrible lubricant. its actually a solvent. i would gander to say i live in the coldest part of the country. my hubs are greased and i have NO problems with them.

    thinking a two speed rear end would be cool to have for highway cruising. i remember my uncle had one on his mid 90's cummins. made it a dream to do 70-75 on the freeway. anyone have one? know how much they cost?

    so the block heater is supposed to make that noise? what causes it?

    this sound is occurring when the truck has been sitting for several hours with the block heater (factory) and the pad heater plugged in. i know the sound is coming from the pan area.
