Got a block heater? Use it - it makes a difference!
.06 X 4.5 = .27 cents per hour so about 81 cents for 3 hours at that rate. Wind chill really not going to effect it other than getting down to your -5 temperature faster. Just saying- nappy nate

normal cold start oil pressure ?
At a cold start it does take a few seconds for the pressure to register on the gauge, this is normal. nate- nappy nate

headlights start flashing on there own!!
Do the headlight upgrade mod and then replace the switch. These came without headlight relays so the full load is going through the switch, the upgrade mod adds relays to the circuit. If the plug on the pigtail looks over heated now would be the time to replace that also. Some make there own...- nappy nate

Not IDI, but still a truck question
Before buying anything else I would make a ground circuit from the battery to the radio ground wire and also to the radio chassis.- nappy nate

ZDDP in stp
Diesel rated motor oils never had the stuff taken out of it ,that STP is going to replace what is gone from gas engine oils. The motorcraft 15w-40 you bought is fine without that additve.- nappy nate

If you have it routed properly it is probably the tensioner. When the belt is off is there play in the tensioner, if so replace it. Do all of the pulleys look to be aligned properly? Without seeing it I would say helll yeah its the tensioner, but its possibly the wrong belt. I was told to keep...- nappy nate
