    I dont have problems with this, i am rebuilding engine and at the same time i want to reseal and rebuild pump, i dont know how this pump work earlier, because its from another engine what i am rebuilding.. when i have time, i also open my another pump and see what it looks like inside..

    Hello, I have opened the db2831-5013 injection pump for rebuild and inside it looks like this. Do i need to replace the pump housing? I can feel little edge with my nail inside the pump housing. Anyone? @Thewespaul

    I have a problem, i cant find nowhere anymore the 1992-1994 7.3IDI vacuum pump pulley. Does anyone have this for me? Or if someone can help me to get it from junkyard? It’s hard to get that part to me from junkyard because they dont want to send me the part to Finland..

    Thanks for the answers. The oil pump bracket was broken and the plastic fork guides had melted on the rangefork. I also noticed that the sprockets had some scratches / pitting on it and i think that the chain was loose and it has caused the deep scratches on the sprockets. I have ordered a new...
