Here's some pics. I love it that I've driven 125 miles and the fuel gauge has barely moved...Actually looking forward to filling it up just to see what kinda mileage it's getting. I guess I'll start ordering goodies next week.- Conn

BAAAAAA BAAAAAA I joined the "goat" club too. Picked up the truck this morning on my way into work. Anyone want to buy some Texas style "Cattle Killer" brush guards and side steps? These things are U-G-L-Y....hahahah- Conn

figures, i'd be trading the old IDI in tomorrow.....AND THE FRIGGIN' VACCUM PUMP BITES THE DUST. Man. Brakes went south pulling 6000 lbs this afternoon. Stupid vaccum pumps. Why couldn't we have hydroboost? Another $100 burnt.- Conn

I'm thinking aout picking up this 98 24v quadcab dually next week and have been shooting around ideas about how i'm going to go about the performance add ons. I want to do a fuel pressure gauge, as well as boost and pyro right off the bat. As well as... 5" exhuast Edge Comp Box Bullly...- Conn

;Really ;Really ;Really Test drove a 24 valve today and it made my mouth water. Will probably go buy it on monday and trade in the old IDI. They're going to give me 6k for it :thumbsup: and it's the cheapest, low mileage goat around. Thanks for all the help over the past 1.5 years...- Conn

Red fuel additive?
a bunch of friends ran dyed fuel around these parts for years back home. (before i bought my first diesel). i had always thought I might run the non-taxed stuff if i ever owned a diesel, but the DOT around here is kinda uptight and i've seen with my own eyes the DOT boys pulling off fuel caps to...- Conn

Oil Pressure dropping after load....oil too hot?
yes. i do have the EV series with the goofy, big as a brick amplifiers....or whatever they are. findind a place to stick those things is a pain. the gauge has recently started freaking out in the mornings, sometimes *******, sometimes dropping to zero...but you can obviously tell it's a...- Conn

Oil Pressure dropping after load....oil too hot?
I've noticed that since I installed my Isspro oil pressure gauge, my oil pressure is a little funky. Under normal driving, 65-75 MPH for a little distance, the oil pressure stays at about 40-50 PSI, when I pull off the interstate, it normally drops down to 20 or maybe a little less...- Conn

guage pod question
Darrin, where did you get that second pod on the dash. I'd like to have another place to mount some more gauges (i'll have to move the Sirius radio somewhere) but would still like to have oil temp, h20 temp and an ammeter or vaccum gauge.- Conn

Fuel Filter light on 89 IDI
The fuel filter light seems to be "wanting" to come on when the throttle is crowded. It gets brighter as the RPMs and load on the engine climb. Do i have a short somewhere or is this "fuel filter" sensor related to restriction in the line and it SHOULD come on like it is...brightening and...- Conn

well, it's on the rack, and it sure is a heavy mo-sucka.....i've only got it about 2 fet off the ground. it's a little tippy and I don't want to get it too high in the air. thanks guys! Conn- Conn

Weight of 2001 F-350 X-Cab Dually.....
So.....we got the dandy job of installing a ring and pinion in an 01 tomorrow, and my shop lift is rated at 9000 lbs. I've had my 89 F-250 ext cab diesel on it, a cadillac escalade, surburban, and a 2500 reg. cab cummins....am i pushing it by putting this thing on the lift? I'm not looking...- Conn
