I would break it in on the recommended oil. After I got a reman ZF5, I broke it in on Redline then switched to Amsoil 30 wt trans oil. I have room to store 400 gallons of waste oil for fuel, most folks may not. A setup for small batches would be more marketable. I researched this about 15 years ago. No title free truck worth it?
I part out many trucks and if I can get the title, I remove the VIN from the cab and staple it to the title before the remains go to the crusher. PM me if you need a title/VIN- 264WSM

Unless you get an RTLO version, you might be disappointed at the parasitic loss thru an RTX or RTO. The L (low inertia) usually lose 65-75 HP from crank to diff. A non L trans will lose 95-105 HP- 264WSM

1050 is if your probe is further downstream. If your probe was 6" or so after the turbo then 1050 would be the highest you would want to see.- 264WSM

High Iron levels in oil sample
High iron could be from short trips/multiple starts. Looks like you have elevated potassium and sodium which could mean coolant intrusion into the oil.
