TDH is my preferred lube for PS

It is a universal tractor hyd fluid. Capable of being used in rear ends gear boxes and hydraulic systems.

It is what I am currently using....filtered and cooled.

We are not dealing with High friction loads and shear like clutches in an auto trans. Hence TDH is actually a very good fuild to use. I would consider what the fluid is used for and how it is designed prior to installation.

Auto fluid is a hyd fluid with additive for friction of clutches etc.

As TDH is a commercial fluid it sees wet clutches so it is good in said frictional load too.

It takes a hihher heat load than most atf as well.

Just based on exp.
