Glow plugs?

I have a 1994 7.3 idi factory turbo that needs glow plugs. On Craigslist this guy has 8 new motorcraft glow plugs and new glow plug controller. But for a 1990 7.3. Will they work?

Should be the same. Like has been stated, make sure they are Motorcraft/Beru. I would bet you don't need a controller, but if the price it right...

Yes they are motorcraft that's the only reason I want them haha. And that's what I was thinking cause if I can talk him down even more and get them cheap then I'll just do the hole thing and never have to worry about it. I just didn't know if they made any weird changes so they wouldn't work before I contact the guy. Thank you!

'87-94 the glow plug systems are identical.go get 'em.

The guy said that they were cycled once but never ran the engine with them. Hmmm sounds kinda weird to me

Carbon build up should confirm that pretty quickly.

Just got close up pictures and they look brand new. I can read the part number and beru on each glow plug. Along with the tops being chrome and them still being grey/silver. The tips themselves look like they have been heated up but there is no carbon on them. He also sent me a pic of the bag which has the part number zd9 which is the right glow plugs. Seems like a good deal to me!

you ain't wrong.i just scored a reman 4wd,diesel e4od for core price! didn't need it but sure as heck wasn't passing it up either.

Thye heat tips are always kinda black, they get that way when tested at the factory.
