pics are up of the new camper om FB. Its a 32 ft Wilderness Advantage, quad bunks, slide out, Nice shape.

Heath, no turbo. And no plans for one in the near future. I wished I never sold the one I had. Sigh.

John

Yeah, Missy showed the photos last night during halftime of the NCAA Championship. Go Cats!

Anyway, it looks great! The bunks are great for the kids.

ok good news! I got a phone call from the HR guy at the new job im taking. among the things we talked about was the rally trip and if i needed to switch things or whatever. he said not to cancell any plans since we talked about it at the interview and they knew it before hand that i can have the time off no problem and it wont count against me in any way!! i wont get paid vacation time for it but i dont care about that, im just thrilled that we can actually go for the whole time i had planned!!

john when are you heading up for the rally? ill be towing the camper with my new dually and the wife will probably be driving Blue up. I can build a push bumper and put her behind you to help push. although by the time you make it to my area youve already done the hardest part of the trip. 32' is ALOT for a bumper pull! youre really gonna know its back there. you do have a weight distribution hitch right? thats awesome though youre gonna love the bunkhouse (once you finally get where youre going) its fantastic for family camping. congrats!

And for more great news, I had a huge package delivered today and it came from Dynomax! :D

I've gotta thank Jim as he's been instrumental in this.
What we have here will be up for raffle is a complete Dynomax exhaust system for our trucks.
http://dynomax.com/part_view.php?syear=1988&smake=FORD%20Diesel&smodel=F-350&part=19430&engine=7.3
Now this is for the N/A trucks but could also be adapted in for those running turbos also.

Dynomax was gracious enough to donate the system but wanted to know how it will be awarded.:hail
Wanting to do something different than just a door prize due to its value, it will be raffled off and the proceeds will be donated to the local volunteer fire department that covers the area where we will be staying this year.
The guys aren't going to get out of it easy tho as I'm asking them to be the honorary judges for the show and shine and also have a truck present for the day as well and join us for the cookout.
Plans haven't been completely finalized yet as there's some formal details to be hashed out yet but I want to get this out to you guys so we can generate a good donation to the guys and gals that put their lives on the line for total strangers.
The winner of the exhaust system and the fire department will also get some recognition on Dynomax's Facebook page and quite possibly a shout out as well in Diesel World.
I know this will be another rally first and want this to be a rally remembered!;Sweet

Oh there's no showin off Andy. Trust me. There's been a lot to do but some things are "just happening". Still plenty of small stuff to finish up yet and a final scout trip over Memorial Day weekend to tidy up a few things in the area and route checks.
It's gonna be a great week no doubt and look forward to see who gets Coreys flashlight aimed on em next! :D

Heath I'm bout finished with the raffle tickets design, Darrin has seen the rough draft, and I'll let ya know when.

Prices are going to be $5.00 a ticket or 5 for $20.00.

Wow, they got that to you fast! Of course, it came from Michigan. FYI, I installed that system on my Banks equipped '86 so I know it works on turbo trucks and early trucks. Perfect idea to do the VFD raffle too!
