finally got my truck back :) well 98% of my truck ( with pics now )

after what? 4 months months i finally got my truck back, it took so long because they need my approval in person for alot of the work, and i work two weeks on two weeks off so i come and go! but i got her back! and next days off she is going to the shop to send my motor off :)

i still cant find that thread where someone was mentioning changing the shells on the hx35 to achive a max of 20 psi and still spool lower , any links?

and as a heads up with my previous question on shaving pistons the engine builder said it is fine to shave them 10-12 and then get them ceramic coated, that will restore the loss strength and you will not have to worry about the heat getting to the rings

other than that :) my plans for my motor are simple enough and i cannot wait to get her back and painted ;0)

the whole driver side has been replaced, and thats a roof off of a 88 i belive

Why didnt you just search around for a good doner body?? Good clean 2wd's can be found for probly less than you payed to have all that patch work done.. Either way lookin good.

i wish i knew about all the rust before hand then i would have swapped cabs for much less $$$, by the time they had gotten into it it was to late to turn back, ethire way i was losing money so i went ahead with it, alot more of it was replaced that you cant see and they did great work splicing that roof in , i paid to much honestly for it all but n0w it is completely rust free once the motor is done its getting painted and under coated hopefully it shall last another 20-25 years , if i could turn back time haha!

NO UNDERCOAT. all that does is trap moisture against the panel and rot it out
