Keeps ya in SHAPE!! No slouch'n on the job driving this truck. Keeps the upper body TONED..........(no room for a big belly behind my wheel).

Here's my set up. I go anywhere with it. The sun was setting and turning everything orange, too bad the camera phone doesn't capture it.

WOW Larry... those are cool videos to watch!!! I hate to ask, but is all you get done is shifting in that truck. I bet rush hour is horrible......... To be able to shift with both hands, I bet you really have to stay on top of the algnment with that truck....... Beautiful truck and really neat to see how to drive it.....

WRONG AGAIN....... Was going well until about I got to the Alberta Sakatchewan border when the siding on the trailer decided to commit suicide. I just happend to glance into that mirror exactly when it happened, -cussI thought the side of the trailer exploded and parts were flying everywhere. Luckily nobody was beside me and I recovered the parts off the road before somebody hit them.

The manufacturer got me to a shop in Medicine Hat Alberta where the put a piece of siding back on it to protect the insulation and make the delivery.

They also called the customer ahead of me and told them what had happened. The dealer said they were expecting it to be much worse than it was and gave me no grief or problems checking the unit in. They were also nice enough to have an employee come in on Saturday because I could no longer make it friday afternoon, and they don't accept deliveries on weekends, so I didn't have to sit all weekend.;Sweet

Mabey "O" should buy about 50,000 new formaldahyde free FEMA travel trailers and ship 1000 to each state, then have us haul all the old ones to gooberment auctions, that would be a good start.

1- the gooberment would actually get something besides hot air with the tax payers money.

2- It would put people back to work in the hardest hit area of the country.

3- It would stage stuff for FEMA to be able to respond quicker in an emergency

4- The gooberment would recoup some money for the taxpayers with the sale of 10's of thousands of units nobody wants and lessen the burden on taxpayers paying idle workers welfare and unemployment.

5- It could save a few cash starved manufacturers from going out of business without tapping the TARP program.

On the build I have been ordering some parts on evilbay and shopping insurance whilst I sit here bored to tears holed up in a hotel room waiting for this freezing rain in ND to stop so I can cut and run right through the middle of these 2 storm fronts.

Bought 2 new front tires and an 8" thick innerspring mattress for the bunk and will be keeping Brown & Brown for my insurance.

Wow. Has anything like that happened to you before?

I could just imagine being the customer of a brand new trailer going down the road on a trip and that happening to me... AFTER one has spent all that money.

YEP. This is the 4th one in a year I've had problems with the J wrap (lower skirt), it is however the worst one.

Mabey good news.....Are Y'all ready to resume..... ummmm..... new episodes of "Watch this ice road trucker trick his RV truck" LOL

Not too awful bad the last few days.

Picked up a 38' park model yesterday morning headed to New Jersey and of course I was promtly pulled over by the Ohio DOT right at the In/OH state line on the turnpike.... Geez, can a guy get a break sometime this month... Of course the first thing he wanted to see was my log book, which I proudly opened for him and showed him I just left Wakarua IN less than 2 hrs ago. He said is was the best logbook he seen all day and didn't even look past my last entry.... Anyways, I passed the Level 1 inspection and got a new "get out of jail free" CVSA decal on my windshield, WooHoo...... unfortunatly this truck gets retired next week and the F-800 ain't got that sticker.

Managed to snag a reload (another 36' park model) in West Boylton MA going right back to the manufacturer for warranty work and have another trailer going to Byron GA already dispatched on me. Going home after I drop that one. Should have enough $$$$ now to finish this truck and get it on the road.

Should be home hopefully wednesday and be able to resume work next weekend, mabey before, but I have a few things I need to do first like chase mama round the house, play with the dogs, chase mama round the house, spank the kid, chase mama round the house, file my taxes, chase mama round the house, fill out some VA paperwork, chase mama round the house, some other misc items and chase mama round the house......hmmmm mabey I should rest for a week before I start the build again.

I have already purchased 2 new front tires and a nice 32" x 80" 8 inch thick innerspring mattress for the sleeper as well as have a few other misc items I have riding in the cab with me. I should have almost every part I need for the truck other than a few misc nuts and bolts and extending the exhaust to clear the sleeper. About all that is left beyond that is Tags $413, insurance $238, annual federal inspection $50 and fill the fuel tanks $225
