Got our foundation poured for the barn finally. Had some epic days toting rebar and 20' 2x4s up to the job site.

There's something about an old 'silver alert' idi to get the neighbors chatty about helping out. I might say this thing is has been one of the best conversation starters ever.

Anyways, hope your all 250th 4th of July was a cool as ours !!!

Sunday was a good day… First short trial run on the 7.3 engine install

Just had to purge a bit of air out of the cooling system and she cooled down, it appears to be leak free and running good. Ready tidy things up and put the front grill back on!

Just got back from gold country, mostly highway, cruising 60 -65 garnered 10.2 mpg with 6k on the pin...
The smallies were playing at the bank, caught me some.
Had to head home early due to an issue with the 5er...
So I didn't get the kayak on the water...

Worked on 1/4" return lines Tuesday night.
Last night stole the bed off of the black truck and washed it. Not quite as nice as I thought it was, but still way better than the red one.
Bought parts for feed line hose "upgrade", not really sure its much of an upgrade but Im missing parts anyway so I guess thats what its going to get.

Rear passenger brake locked up today. Usually that smell is another guy but look forward to digging into this one…..
Have been having sporadic issues with “open isolate dump valve” brake code with both RABS and Parking Brake lights coming on so maybe it’s the culprit.
Temp gun clocked the area up to like 350*

Worked on splicing, taping, and looming harness from firewall to tail lights. Its pretty ***** and wish I could find a new one...Tied the yellow wires together at FSV so hopefully my fuel sender works.

I really want to have the truck drive out of the shop by sunday night at the latest but we will see what happens. Back hurts like a ****.

Have to wait for new fuel tank to arrive and cut a hole in it... Install sump kit. Run fuel lines, fuel filter, make/install rear brake line, front brake hoses, swap fenders, install engine, turbo, header panel, adjust clutch, make batt cables, remove bed, wash/paint frame, install new bed,etc...
