Those are the correct types. eBay. There is a couple good YouTube videos on changing the drive gears. It’s not that hard once you see how it works.

This has to be what I'm missing. When I pulled the old cable out there was nothing attached to it. This should be attached to cable right?

So if I dont have the original one to go off of color. How do I tell? My transmission is a 5speed and if I'm not mistaken the 85 f350 only had a 4speed? So I'm assuming it's a zf5 from a later model?

Right. Trans shouldn’t matter. It’s rear gear and tire size. I’m 3.55 with “stock height” tires. Yellow drive gear, wine driven gear puts me on the money.

I think I'm 4.10 with stock tires, so going by the chart I should be same setup. Thanks

I think you are going to be the yellow drive and yellow driven gear. Think that’s what my truck was originally. It was 4.10 when I bought it.

I thought this was the style of gear a ZF5 uses, it's what comes up when searching.

I can’t speak for a 2wd ZF. The tcase 4x Takes the ones above.
