Yea my dad thru those saw horses together real fast one day for something and we just kept using them but about every time I used them I had to add more braces and screws to keep them together but they are pretty good now but I leave the chain hoist attached for safety
Ok done fabricating finally got the vents in for ya Rob and got my block heater plug in figured out
Thanks Darrin I'm going to use the spray on bedliner like what was on the bottom of my truck at the IDI rally but I went ahead since good ole oil base paint is a lot cheaper then the liner I painted it for some extra rust prevention and all of the back since it would be a waste to use the liner back there
tuckerd1 I took the scales out tonight just before I painted it and as it sits it weighs 185lbs which I didn't think was to bad considering its all 1/4" plate and sch 40 pipe I weighed the factory bumper and it weighs 65lbs by itself
Looks great. Would the bed liner stuff help on the back to keep it from rusting? I have some stuff called "zero rust" that works pretty well also. I used it on my flat bed and then coated the top with spray on bed liner. Seems to be holding really well. Maybe it was overkill to spray underneath with the bed liner, but figured it would be a good sound deadner as well.
