The wire that you reattached at the starter was it melted in any kind of a way or did it appear to have just broken off ?
Do you have a multimeter to check the voltage of the batteries and the fender mounted starter solenoid?
Have you checked the voltage at the batteries and do you know if your alternator is producing a charge or not. If both of these two are fine, then I would suspect that
your ignition switch on the steering column is bad or out of adjustment.
Two other items to check would be the passenger...
First question, What have you done to your truck so far as in repairs? Second question, How many miles are on the fuel delivery system of your rig? Third question, When did this all start?
As you can see, we need more information to better help you fix it.....

It is left handed threads, so to take it off you will need to turn towards the drivers fender. I've found using a large monkey wrench and a hammer tapping it two or three times will usually break it free.
WTB: Blowby hose from anyone that has an exter. ATS P/N DSL00131 can't find anywhere.
This is the hose that connects from the CDR to cold side inlet for the ATS 093 or Ford version air boxes.
