arp 7.3 12pt nut size?
Well 1/2"-13 or-20 bolts use 3/4" socket, but ARP could be different.- 6.9l ford

Which Postive Valve Seals to use?
whichever one is made from Viton, that's the one to use. But the blue would be my choice.- 6.9l ford

Right on! Your right about hard to see the shaft. I didn't know you could remove the vane pump that easy. No hard feels meant!- 6.9l ford

Right, but if the main shaft is broken from the steel parts expanding faster than the alum case from the hot wvo contacting the steel parts first; the IP is toast and time for a new IP. For me, removing the fuel screw cover, the little triangle cover on the passenger side of the pump is easier...- 6.9l ford

Agreed about fuel, but sense he can't get fuel from the hard lines it sounds like the main shaft is broke and not pumping/ injecting fuel to the injectors?- 6.9l ford

I screwed up, now no start.
On the passenger side of the IP there is a triangle shaped cover, under it is the main shaft & rotor. take the top bolt for the cover out & loosen the bottom to move the cover out of the way. Some fuel will spill, have a friend turn the engine over with the starter, & if the main shaft doesn't...- 6.9l ford
